The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) publishes NFPA Ch. 80 and 101,  which requires documented annual inspections reports  on the inspection  and the functional testing of ALL   Fire  and Exit door assemblies that are installed in your building. Not having your doors inspected is a violation of State Law.
